What this page covers
These terms govern the use of the FirmIntel marketing site at firmintel.ai. The platform itself — what an engaged firm uses inside its own tenancy — is governed by a separate engagement agreement, signed firm-by-firm. If a clause here ever conflicts with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
Using the site
You may read this site, link to it, and forward its pages. You may not scrape it, mirror it, or use its content to train models without written permission.
The walkthrough request form is for partnership inquiries. Misuse — automated submissions, harvesting, impersonation — voids any engagement we might otherwise begin.
What we publish, and what we do not
We publish the platform's shape, its principles, and its public technical posture. We do not publish per-seat pricing, partner-level data from any firm, or the names of engaged firms unless that firm has explicitly chosen to be named. Pricing is set in conversation.
Intellectual property
The text, design, typography, code, and copy of this site are the property of YEK Technologies Inc. Fraunces and Inter are licensed from their authors under their respective open licenses; their use here is gratefully acknowledged.
No professional advice
FirmIntel is an analytical platform. It is not a law firm; it does not provide legal, accounting, or compliance advice. The instrument is read by the partnership. The partnership's judgment is the partnership's.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YEK Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this marketing site. Engagement-level liability terms are negotiated firm-by-firm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes — should any arise — will be resolved before the courts of that jurisdiction.
