What this notice is
FirmIntel is an institutional intelligence platform for law firm partnerships. This notice describes what we collect on this marketing site, how we handle data inside an engaged firm tenancy, and the choices a firm has at any time. Operational details — encryption posture, residency, exit terms — are summarized in the Documentation and provided in full under NDA during engagement.
What we collect on this site
When you request a walkthrough, we receive what you provide: firm name, your name, role, email, and the optional context paragraph. Nothing more.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information.
What lives inside an engaged tenancy
Each engaged firm receives its own database tenancy. The firm's books, partner compensation, and client matters remain firm property. Row-level security enforces tenancy boundaries; audit logging records every read.
Canadian firms are hosted in ca-central; American firms in us-east. No cross-border duplication occurs without the firm's explicit written consent.
Retention and exit
Marketing-form submissions are retained for the duration of the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up window thereafter. Tenancy data is retained per the firm's engagement terms. On engagement end, the firm receives a complete export and the tenancy is wound down within a defined window.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of any information we hold about you, write to partners@firmintel.ai. We respond in the time the law requires, and usually sooner.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be summarized at the top, with the effective date updated. The change history is preserved.
